  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly acquisition and retention goals through persistent and enthusiastic outreach
  • Customize the buying experience by encouraging involvement with our people, programs, and places to align with the unique needs, interests, and goals of each prospective customer
  • Initiate, develop and grow relationships with new and current customer
  • Leverage new and existing relationships to maximize customer referrals
  • Predict customer needs through ongoing communication


  • Relevant 3+ years of relevant sales and customer service experience from the industry
  • Good written as well as oral communication skills
  • Pro-efficient in Microsoft Excel
  • The strong and aggressive sales approach
  • Ability to engage and exude confidence with distinguished clientele
  • Self-motivated and self-starter
  • Experience in meeting and exceeding goals in a performance-based culture
  • Desire to learn and adapt in an ever-changing environment
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoys and works well on a team
  • Experience with Sales CRM preferred
