Customer Relationship Executive
Job Location:  Jodhpur
Job Description:  • Post service follow up with customer as per schedule time
• Conducting service reminder calls and controlling appointment.
• Daily report of complaint and PSF.
• Accept service booking and register in the Car Eager Suite app.
• PSF Calling and PBF Calling after delivery and booking.
• Appointments to be informed to respective Service Advisors, Service Manager and Parts department.
• Making a prior call for reconfirmation of appointments
• Sharing the leads/ complaints, customer queries, grievances, etc. with the respective divisional team members, and follow-up for the closures
Functional Area:  ITES/BPO/KPO/Customer Service
Functional Role:  Call Center Agent
Candidate Requirement
• Should be a graduate/diploma holder in any specialization with around minimum 1 year of experience.
• Experience in providing customer service support
• Ability to think strategically and to lead.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Experience:  1 - 4 years
Qualification:  Any Graduate
Compensation Details 
Salary:  1.00 Lakh to 1.30 inr
