Job Description:
SkillSet: english, soft skills, communication skills, teaching, training.
Helping students build competency through training.
Will be responsible for:-
- Training the aspirants on an integrated module (English Grammar + Spoken English + MS Office + Basic Mathematics + Soft skills + Work readiness all modules will be readily available).
- Post placement counselling of aspirants.
- Support the centre in conducting assessments of the aspirants.
- Publishing the entire Training plan / calendar of the center.
- Networking with guest lecturers / industry, to arrange field visits as part of the sector
- Handholding aspirants at the work place (for a short duration) after placement.
- Supporting Center in other works as and when required.
