The Supply Chain Solutions IT team is responsible for ensuring successful implementation, maintenance and production support. As we onboard businesses on Self Service Procurement platform, we need to setup a support team that will help to provide support coverage to ensure that software and operational issues are addressed, that users are supported responsively, and that the software is maintained and upgraded to ensure high integrity of the system.

Need for these positions after downsizing actions

The positions were created in the conjunction with the reduction of Supply Chain personnel in Europe- specifically the elimination of the Europe Supply Chain leader role formerly held by Edwin Schrueder. As we shift to more automated tools and systems, these positions are essential to supporting critical systems for Enterprise IT Supply Chain and are not impacted by recent divestitures. Due to technological nature of the application, a combination of different skills sets (Oracle ERP Cloud Procurement, Procurement Contracts, Analytics, and other custom applications) are required. Because these are critical systems, employees are preferred over contractors as these skill sets are required for long term for ongoing support


The Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Procurement Technical Analyst shares responsibility for design, creating reports and dashboards, integration, conversions, testing, and support of business solutions based on Emerson s instance of Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP. This position supports existing team members in the ongoing implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Procurement functionality and Analytics.


  • Provides support (e.g., break/fix, how to expertise, monitoring, testing, troubleshooting) for Supply Chain applications mailnly but not limited to Procurement
  • Works collaboratively with Corporate IT Program/Project Managers to understand program requirements and assist with the evaluation of alternative solutions
  • Works closely with hosting and 3 rd -party technical personnel to optimize technical capabilities and requirements
  • Works closely using multiple data sources and maintain reports
  • Proactively monitors processes to identify trends
  • Ensures documentation is complete and maintained
  • Document design requirements and process flow diagrams
  • Works effectively in a global highly matrixed team environment
  • Trains end users to easily design reports layouts in OBIEE / OTBI

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field.


  1. Minimum 2 Years Experience in Oracle Cloud ERP
  2. Experience on Oracle Analytics, OTBI, OBIEE and BI Publisher
  3. Knowledge on SQL and XML preferred
