Roles and Responsibilities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Obtain a quick grasp over Business Driver / Parameters and Data Structure
Have high proficiency is comprehending business needs/requirements and scope out analytical solutions
Able to conceive and visualize the Analytical Solution and Output conducive for the end stakeholders
Drive efficiencies in how analytical services are delivered, through automation and standardization of analytical delivery
Drive business efficiency through robust Portfolio/Strategic Analysis
Be adept with various data visualization techniques and tools
Ability to partner up and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency
Drive efficiencies in how analytical services are delivered, through automation and standardization of analytical delivery

EXPERIENCE

Must have worked in a financial/banking organization for 4-8 years in Data Engineering domain.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel and MS Tools.
Understanding/knowledge of Data Visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau is desired
Proficiency in Python/Pyspark/R Studio required
Experience on R Shiny, GGPLOT, Seaborn desirable
Having worked on projects on Descriptive, Inferential, Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics
Worked on big data in a cloud environment will be preferred

COMPETENCIES
