Produces creative layouts and design for client deliverables requiring conceptualization of ideas in preparation of original art for print or electronic documents

Maintains design skills and a broad knowledge of current design and production techniques.

Offers conceptual design and production solutions.

Manages routine design projects from concept through production, effectively prioritizes work, and balances multiple priorities simultaneously to meet client commitments and deadlines.

Prepares initial text formatting, charts, diagrams and create customer deliverables with speed and accuracy.

Uses advanced knowledge of firm standard applications, especially Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign) and MS Office applications.

Is experienced with direct client communication and project management

Is confident in managing difficult stakeholders and situations

Understands and anticipates customer s needs to meet or exceed expectations.
