About the role

The role being offered is HR for a territory. You will be required to perform a variety of tasks. Along with collecting and maintaining data of business employees, you will also be involved in recruiting, hiring, and training of new employees.

Roles and responsibilities

Single Point of Contact

A. SPOC for the HO HR department and ensure smooth communication with the employees at the territory level


A. Execute employer branding activities in your territory

B. Facilitate the interview process (Test + screening round) in coordination with the managers


A. Gather and process paperwork, like contracts and non-disclosure agreements

B. Craft and send emails with information about the company and position, including work schedules, dress code and parking options

C. Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software

D. Distribute manuals, passwords and guidelines, as needed

E. Coordinate with the territory trainer to conduct the induction program


A. Ensure the Full and final settlement of all the employees exiting the company

B. Make sure employees exiting the organization fill the exit interview form

Suggest measures for improving employee retention


1. A bachelor s or a post graduate degree in Administration. Human Resources or related field

2. Prior experience of 0-2 years in HR or administrative work

3. Good with Google forms, google sheets and Excel sheets

4. Strong communication (written and verbal) and people skills

5. Process oriented
