Roles and Responsibilities

Experience : 20+ Years of delivery experience in handling large Fixed price global engagement in right shore model with strong customer facing skills. Person should have hands on experience of managing large transitions (COTS and Bi-Spoke applications) with proven methodologies under tight timelines.

End-to-End ownership of the fixed price development projects is a must.

Responsibilities:

- Successful transition with measurable success criteria across geos with large teams

- Delivery of Fixed price development projects on-time, In-Budget and high customer

satisfaction

- Project planning, Risk / Issue management, Project status reviews and reporting

- Very good understanding of the Agile execution model

- SPOC for the customer delivery and escalation point as well with very good articulation skills

- People management skills of handling Senior Project / Program manager skills

- Take active part in Pre-Sales and drive Account growth activities

- Internal and external stakeholder management

- Should have handled a portfolio of approx. 25- 30 million. It will be a delivery role.

Primary location in Hyderabad and secondary location will be Bangalore/Noida.
