HR Manager
Responsible for leading and coordinating Human Resources efforts and office administration in the India office.
Works closely with corporate HR, payroll, development in Pittsburgh.
Primary responsibilities include recruiting support, employee engagement and identifying employee relations concerns, new employee onboarding,
understanding of labor market and retention needs, visa process, payroll support and general office support and administration.
Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for working closely with corporate recruiting to develop staffing strategies, source candidates, interview and hire talent in India office.
Works within the established company recruiting process. Provide input into job descriptions.
Responsible to identify and investigate employee issues, concerns and then work with corporate HRBP to resolve. Provide support on performance issues.
Responsible to help drive employee engagement and the company culture. Develop and administer plan for employee events, networking etc.
Investigate and implement employee perks to help drive retention.
Lead the new employee onboarding process
Local support for corporate compensation and benefits. Responsible for understanding of state and national regulations, laws for HR, payroll, etc.
Support corporate payroll in administering payroll on site. Resolve payroll issues for employees
Responsible for visa process. Works closely with corporate legal to ensure all employees have the proper visas for travel
Responsible for providing office administration including facility support, filing, reception of visitors, supplies, coordination of events,
security, mailing, travel support and all other office admin related needs.
