Assistant Vice President, Financial Planning Analysis

In this role, you will be responsible for the FPA service line and the role will be the flexible basis the requirement. The focus of the role is on continuous process improvement and adaption to change.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Process Excellence function in a Third-party BPO or Shared Services set up.
  • Manage the delivery of outsourced services FA: FPA to ensure customer satisfaction and increased revenue through client up-sell
  • Leading and Driving Process improvement Initiatives in FPA and reporting space leading to outcomes like Better health of Accounts, Robust Controls Compliance, and Derive Insights to help CFO make informed Business decisions. Help drive Finance Transformation through Process Standardization, Automation, and Benchmarking
  • Use lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and drive transformation agenda
  • Work with cross-functional teams like Operations, GPO, Digital team, Transformation team, Transitions team, etc.
  • Pro-active, ability to troubleshoot, work through organizational change scenarios.
  • Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and raise performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs. Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps.
  • Collaborate in the new deal process including solutioning, pricing, due diligence, transition, and stabilization
  • Own end-to-end client service delivery and PL
  • Be a key driving force in handling new/existing relationships with a set of valuable clients leading to a balanced PL
  • Develop a strategy for winning and transitioning new deals while running and growing the existing relationships
  • Be responsible for ensuring the right solution is proposed for new deals, actively participating in the deal process, aiding and enabling robust transitions, delivering ongoing client satisfaction through consistent high-class service delivery, and thereby ensure high NPS, cross-sell and profitability
  • Lead the way in implementing new technologies in operations and display an excellent executive presence
  • Engage in building collaborative teams that align and work to achieve Genpact and Client goals
Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualification
  • Graduate in Finance stream or MBA in Finance with Transformation experience, preferably a Chartered Accountant
  • LSS Black Belt Certification
  • Blackline tool experience is a mandate
Preferred Qualification
  • Ability to prioritize and handle optimal across many competing and concurrent tasks
  • Ability to handle through indirect authority and matrixed organization structures
  • Excellent negotiation, facilitation, influencing and consensus building skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization

Experience:  8 - 12 years
Qualification:  ("Other in C.A") OR ("Operations in MBA/PGDM")
Salary:  10 Lakh to 14 Lakh INR
