Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate - Production Support L1

In this role, you will be responsible for Application Support Operations and maintenance of multiple applications databases, used by business units and infrastructure teams. To support Engineer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution. Work with business people to have a real time understanding of business problem and, design the solution which really fits into needs.

• Actively attend and participate in operational meetings
• Supervising and fixing the issues related to various applications
• Raising to vendors and call support onsite for very critical issues
• Knowledge of Tivoli, Autosys, CTRL+M a plus, SDLC lifecycle
• Must have good trouble shooting and analytical skills
• Proficient in software debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Good understanding of SDLC lifecycle

Qualifications we seek in you

• BE/B Tech/M Tech/MCA/BCA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications

• Should have Exp in ITIL
• Experience in DB (Oracle), SQL Server, production support
• Good software debugging, troubleshooting, Analytical Skills
• Shifts: Rotational Shift 24*7 model
• Ability to be learn and apply new processes and tools
• Incident Management
• Seek and resolve production problems with new ideas
• Shell scripting and/or Perl scripting experience
• Good Excel skills
