Responsibilities
Effectively manages team members , to ensure team objectives & sales goals are being carries out
Displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards & practices , including product details & company services offered
Offers exemplary customer service , including maintaining customer relationships
Resolves service desk problems & improves current service desk methods to increase productivity & customer service
Monitors department issues& client complaints to define patterns & work to lessen those recurring issues
Regularly audits work being done & customer service being provided to ensure all standards are met & that repair work is carried out effectively , correctly & thoroughly
