Job Description:
1. Fund management.
2. Debt / Interest Management
3. Audits (Accounts & Physical inspection)
4. Establishing the processes & Procedures for the departments.
5. Managing & controlling of all accounting entries in to ERP systems and close monthly & yearly books on time.
6. All PL and trail Balance scrutiny and cleaning up data on monthly basis in SAP/ERP System.
7. Ensure to complete all error free statutory compliance such as GST, TDS, TCS PF, and PT on time.
8. Ensuring completion of Tax Assessment & timely receipt of tax refunds.
9. Overall responsible for all compliance i.e. GST, ITC-04 & TDS and TCS return.
10. Ensuring timely submission of data to tax authorities & analyzing data before submission to tax Authorities for Assessment.
11. Reviewing monthly/Annual reconciliation between relevant computations and books of accounts.
12. Experience in doing product costing, job costing as per the customer requirement product specification.
13. Experience of Implement of costing method and techniques in the area of material, labor and overhead.
14. Experience in preparation & presenting of projected monthly profit and loss account and balance sheet of organization for the internal financial decision making for the management.
15. Review of all consolidated MIS reports with time & accuracy norms which help middle level management for decision making for internal control of the organization. I.e. Accounts receivable & Accounts payable and Cash & Inventory Management-W/C management, CMA report.
