Area Sales Executive

Job Location:  Bangalore, Hyderabad

Position: Area Sales Executive

  • Up selling & follow ups with the customers.
  • Pro-actively manage the sales & product requests from their regions, ensure that all new products are updated on the databases and shared with the customers.
  • Update & maintain MIS/reports.
  • Manage new product wins and create new wins.
  • Achieving the Targeted Sales Plan as per market and channel partners, as communicated by ASM.
  • Providing assistance to ASM in sales Infrastructure Development and Retention.
  • Evaluate opportunities to maximize business growth in the market assigned.
  • Assisting ASM for revenue collection from channel partners as per plan.
  • Continuously acquire and update knowledge / understanding of competition players and practices.
  • Providing daily/ real time feedback on competition pricing, TM&D activities through CRM.


Trade Marketing & Distribution

  • Servicing the outlets as per the agreed frequency.
  • Ensuring optimal availability for the market assigned
  • Ensure Freshness, Visibility and Availability on continuous basis in the targeted outlets and markets.
  • Visiting and getting sales as per minimum outlets visit norm on daily basis.
  • Communication, implementation of periodic scheme operation in the outlets.
  • Ensure implementation of merchandising materials and POP on daily basis.
  • Ensure stock rotation at the outlet level to minimize loss due to product expiry/ damage.
  • Provide on daily basis the actual requirement for next day, for primary billing.
  • Establishing and maintaining appropriate reserve levels by SKU's with channel partner.
  • Identifying and opening new outlets on continuous basis, as per the outlet availability norm.
  • Assist customer in achieving warehouse efficiency.
  • Ensuring Stock and warehouse hygiene and FIFO implementation at Channel Partner facilities.

Education:
Post Graduate / MBA in Marketing
Experience :
3+ Years of experience in sales domain in B2C business model. Preferably in dairy or FMCG.
Candidate should have handled General Trade & Modern Trade markets
