Job Description:  SkillSet: "team leading", sales, bdc, "team management", "field sales".

Job profile:

  1. To manage team productivity of 15-20 business counselors individually achieve assigned monthly fee and terminal productivity target.
  2. Mandatory daily market visits for individual sourcing and along with team members as per schedule shared by the business manager
  3. To ensure per BC installation assigned Fee and terminal productivity targets
  4. To ensure daily BC visits as per the assigned beat shared by the business manager
  5. Daily submit Teams DSR in shared formats
  6. Ensuring the team's valid Sampark entries
  7. Understand completion schemes
  8. Daily share report with BM about his market observations like what schemes are needed to increase conversions
  9. Daily share report with BM on training gaps like training on certain schemes or products or value-added services for himself and his team
  10. Daily share report with BM of all the issues faced by BCs and seek clarification

Mandatory Skill set requirement:

  1. Education: Graduate
  2. Soft Skills: Fluent in English location language
  3. Basic excel proficiency (Data entry, Pivot, V-lookup, etc.)
  4. Basic Outlook Gmail proficiency
  5. Previous experience in retail sales in Banking or payments with a minimum work experience of a minimum 2 year.
