Getting the
restaurant ready for service.
Ensuring that the tables are set after every
Ensuing guest
Check availability
and non- availability of the items on menu
Being responsible
for billing
Taking orders from
the guests, enter the order with specifications in POS (IDS software)
recommending menu to guests on request
Getting the guest
comment cards filled
Serving food
Clearing the table
Informing the
supervisor in case of delay in executing the order and serving food
Collecting tips and
putting them in the tip box
Accepting KOTs
(kitchen Order Tickets) from the LeSutra team and mention the time as soon as
the KOT is received and punch in the system, hand- over the KOT to cashier,
serving food to the
room, getting guest signature on 2 copies of the bill, submitting one
copy to the Hotel
Front Office and another one to the Restaurant cashier. Same process is to
carried out while serving the food at Service Apartments
Filling the QA
(Quality Assurance) sheet on daily basis
Hand- over the lost
and found items to the hostesses immediately
Enter narration
about guest suggestion and/ or complains in the log book
Following key
control procedures and closing procedure
Training of
stewards and junior captains
Functional Area:  Sales / BD,Production
Experience:  1 - 5 years
Qualification:  ("Other in B.Tech/B.E") OR ("10+2 or Below in any field")
Salary:  3.0 Lakh to 9 Lakh INR
