Roles and Responsibilities

Experience in dealing with Government Contracts and industrial sheds are necessary.
Should have knowledge of P.E.B. Structures and their erection, Lead team.
Should be able to handle the measurement RA bill of contractors and should be able to prepare and submit RA bills to clients.
Able to review specifications of tender and implement work as per approved designs at Site/ Project Level. Can create checklists for site review or inspection.
Should have capability to search Labour contractors and control over cost of project Planning of labour requirement on a day to day basis.

Experience: 10 to 15 years experience in building Industrial Sheds and well versed in Execution, Understanding Drawing, Quantity Survey, Labour Handling, Billing, R.C.C. work and Complete the project from start till end.
