Your Role and Responsibilities
About Roles:
As Business Sell Deliver person you are responsible to identify and develop new business and sales opportunities in Top Captive/GCC (Global Capabilities Centres) Accounts across multiple domains as well as new and emerging technologies and offerings i.e. AI, Analytics, Cloud. You will manage captive clients like Banking and Insurance, and be responsible for driving revenue growth in them. You will work towards success of client's business goals and challenges, such that you can drive the solutioning and subsequent delivery. You will work with IBM internal teams to expand the base of such existing accounts.
We are looking at individuals who are self-starters and can show entrepreneurial spirit in their day to day work.
  • Responsible for Go to Market initiatives across above focussed industries within the Captives business unit
  • Manage set of Clients for Sales and Delivery
  • Responsible for working with IBM offerings teams to respond to client requirements and fulfil as a continuous process
  • Work with the service lines across IBM to do value based selling and grow the IBM footprint
  • Act as the SPOC for Captive clients in above focussed industries for future business and relationship management
  • Identify and drive white space growth for above industries focussed captives
  • Manage CXO relations with Captive/GCC clients

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in Services Sales and Delivery for Captive/GCC Clients
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, win and successfully deliver consulting services engagements.
  • Proven deep client relationships and drive the advisory and growth agenda
  • Proficiency in negotiation skills and opportunity management experience
  • Expertise to work across different service lines to add value to client conversations
  • Proven ability to enhance value of an opportunity through new technology and digital
  • Hands-on experience on selling to Captive clients in Banking and Insurance industry
  • Proven ability to enhance value of an opportunity through new technology and digital
  • Prior experience/exposure in technologies like core banking / Shared services / Application Management / IOT/ Blockchain/ AI / Analytics / Cloud.

  • Proven ability to work across different service lines to add value to client conversations
  • You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
  • Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work with personal ownership.
  • Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Up-to-date on industry / technical knowledge by attending workshops, presenting point of view.
