SkillSet: "business development", "waste water treatment", sales.
Job Responsibilities :
Develop business enquiries and sales in the States of Maharashtra and Karnataka.
Customer acquisition and engagement, maintaining excellent long lasting relationships to generate recurring business.
Design and implement strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong brand presence.
Achieve sales targets every month successfully.
Prepare and present sales, revenue and expense reports along with realistic forecasting to senior management.
Coordinate with Projects Team to ensure smooth execution of the projects.
Recruit, coach and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
Ensure accounts receivables is nil so as to maintain a positive cash flow.
Report and provide feedback to Marketing Team about customer consciousness in these States.
Requirement:
6-8 years of Sales Business Development experience in EPC or Environmental Industry.
B.E/B. Tech in Mechanical / Environmental / Civil / Chemical Engineering.
MBA would be desirable.
Should have a good network with Govt. Depts and Private sector.
Deep knowledge of Sewage / Effluent Treatment Plants basic knowledge on Solid Waste Management techniques.
Fluent in English and knowledge of local language would be a plus.
Ready to travel more than 80% of the time.
