Job Location:  Other Karnataka, Other Maharashtra
Job Description:  SkillSet: "business development", "waste water treatment", sales.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop business enquiries and sales in the States of Maharashtra and Karnataka.
  • Customer acquisition and engagement, maintaining excellent long lasting relationships to generate recurring business.
  • Design and implement strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong brand presence.
  • Achieve sales targets every month successfully.
  • Prepare and present sales, revenue and expense reports along with realistic forecasting to senior management.
  • Coordinate with Projects Team to ensure smooth execution of the projects.
  • Recruit, coach and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
  • Ensure accounts receivables is nil so as to maintain a positive cash flow.
  • Report and provide feedback to Marketing Team about customer consciousness in these States.

Requirement:

  • 6-8 years of Sales Business Development experience in EPC or Environmental Industry.
  • B.E/B. Tech in Mechanical / Environmental / Civil / Chemical Engineering.
  • MBA would be desirable.
  • Should have a good network with Govt. Depts and Private sector.
  • Deep knowledge of Sewage / Effluent Treatment Plants basic knowledge on Solid Waste Management techniques.
  • Fluent in English and knowledge of local language would be a plus.
  • Ready to travel more than 80% of the time.
Location: Mapusa, Goa
Salary: 8Lakhs p.a. + Variables based on sales
