Roles and Responsibilities

• This role will enable you to understand our business, an in-depth understanding of our product and equip you to become a part of company s core functions and of the SaaS Industry.
• Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Clients and be responsible for their day to day Account Management of the SaaS product.
  
• Account Management includes solving of Product issues, trainings, enhancement of business operations through new feature development
• Gather and understand new feature requirements from clients to enable growth in the system and work with clients to ensure their growth in the system.
• Develop customer first approach to understand customer pain points.
• Develop in depth understanding of the product.
• Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and communications skills.

Skills and Requirements

• 3-5 years with a B.Tech/B.E/MCA/MBA or equivalent
• Account management experience in SaaS/Ecommerce/Software product focus/Warehouse Management is Mandatory
• Knowledge of any Warehouse or Order Management software is a big plus
• Understands basics of APIs and Postman
• The candidate should demonstrate strong problem solving skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity
• The candidate should have strong communication skills, be able to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers and internal stake holders
