Job Profile Travel Sales Consultants
Roles & Responsibilities :
Handling Customer service & Sales Calls from US Customers
Follow ups with customers and clients for existing reservations.
Sell / cross sell travel related services (Flights, Hotel, Car, Travel Insurance , holiday Packages etc)
Meeting monthly performance metrics
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
1 year + experience in international Travel Process.
1year GDS experience (Amadeus or Sabare)
Flexible to work in any shifts (24X7).
Should be a team player
Necessary Information:
Location: Gurgaon
Experience of Candidates( Months/Years): 3 Months to 2 year
Shift: 24X 7
Salary Bracket: 20K to 40K
Salary Date: 7th of each month
Incentive Plan: Will be disclosed once Agent is on floor.
Cab Available: YES (BOTH SIDE)
