Business Development Manager


Are you an amazing sales expert who sells web and mobile development services, and who is looking to be a part of one the fastest growing IT companies then Indylogix Solutions would be the place for you.

We are looking to hire an expert Business Development manager with a minimum experience of 4 years, who carries expertise in selling website and mobile app development services, digital marketing services as well as who can build the team to generate new leads from an International market via various sources.

The candidate with prior knowledge of Business Development Executive experience would be an added advantage.

What would you do?
  • Take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
  • Build and work with the lead generation team to generate fresh leads, and convert them to clients.
  • Responsible for generating fresh business through the social network, bidding portals, cold calling, Email marketing, social media marketing and other sources.
  • Align with long term company goals and analyses market trends, recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  • Work closely with the PM team and BA team to define accurate estimations.
  • Responsible for communication with clients and maintaining the healthy relationship with existing clients.
  • Long term vision with higher stacks in company growth and proven track records in achieving defined targets and exceeding them.
  • Build B2B client base for constant flow business.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Meet the targets and becoming part of the growth story of Indylogix.
What you should have?
  • Must have an experience in sales of web and mobile development services
  • Preferred notice period: 4 weeks or less
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
