Job Description
Key Skills Required:

• International BPO
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Clarity & fluency in speech.
• Willingness to work in BPO environment.
• Should be open to take calls on a daily basis.
• Should be flexible working in shifts & locations across Bangalore.
• Should resolve customer queries.

• Process International voice
• Interview mode - Virtual/ Telephonic
• Good communication skills only in English.
• Fresher’s and experienced candidates for International voice process. 5 days of work, 2 days Off.
• 2 way door to door transportation provided (With in a limit)*

Qualification: Graduate or Under Graduate are fine. BE /B Tech are eligible.

Functional Area: ITES/BPO/KPO/Customer Service

Experience: 1 - 3 years.

Location: Bengaluru (Bangalore) (Karnataka, India)

Salary: Rs. 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 P.A.
