Business Area Description:

The Global Equities Technology stack at J P Morgan is going through a strategic transformation (front to back). This is a multi-year program where the India Tech teams are involved heavily. The technology stack used is predominantly Core Java, C# .NET, Sybase. We are hiring in the areas of Front Office, Middle Office, Risk Management and Client Intelligence Technologies.
The India Equities Technology organization is 300+ within JPMorgan's Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) organization and covers the following functions

Team Description:

Pyramid is a strategic platform for processing and risk managing derivatives in the Corporate and Investment Bank. It is used by Credit Hybrids, Equity Derivatives and Interest Rates Hybrids businesses globally. The Trade Processing suite is responsible for trade capture, event position management, and feeds to downstream systems such as accounting and legal documentation. Products range from high volume listed products to highly complex over-the-counter structured derivatives.
The Documentation Team works closely with the Equities Legal, Technology, Middle and Front Office. The team is responsible for gathering requirements directly from end users. They are also responsible for design and development of robust scalable solution to automate generation and workflow.

Qualifications and Technical skills Essential

5+ year plus Technical Experience in Java, Spring Boot, XML/XSL, XSLT, Json and one or more of Scripting languages such as Java Script, Python.

Experience in working with technology development teams and Vendors during build and implementation phases of requirements

Experience of working with Shared content Management tools is preferred

Proven skills and track record in design patterns

Exposure to writing software involving messaging middleware such as Tibco Rendezvous, JMS

Desirable Skills

Experience of working in financial services, in a front or middle-office environment.

Understanding of equity trading platforms.

Experience with NoSQL databases.

Experience of working with Content Management Systems (CMS) preferred

Knowledge of document Generation or workflow Tools such as Thunderhead, Wall Street Docs, Scrittura, Exari
