Will be responsible for estimating, cost control, forecasting and scheduling through final project completion
Responsible for purchase orders, materials contracts and subcontracts, change orders, as-built documents, and to ensure the high quality of all work performed at a job site
Plan, schedule, and maintain timelines by optimizing resources in a fast paced construction/installation environment
Responsible for Electrical designs such as Load calculations, Transformer Sizing, Cable Sizing, Switchgear Sizing, DG Sizing, Space Planning, SLD, Lighting Layouts, Power Layouts etc.
Responsible for obtaining Electrical License as per compliance with all applicable laws
Responsible for obtaining reliable, uninterrupted power connection from the EHV substation
Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, including assisting in the design and writing the scope of work, management plans, work sequence, safety, and quality control and commissioning
Review and approve supplier documents for Instrumentation
Responsible for finalising contractors and subcontractors, monitoring and accurately predicting job costs, maintaining billing and schedules
Responsible for erection and commissioning of electrical equipment as per design specifications
Responsible to provide updates to the management on the day-to-day activities of assigned projects
Demonstrate strong focus on Safety
