Scientific Executive
a. To be an Effective Scientific Sales Executive by promoting the company's products to Doctors.
b. Establishing the concepts of all products on promotion and effectively communicating it inside the call.
c. Effectively utilizing the selling skills to generate the demand from the customers
d. Ensure all behaviours are exhibited in the lines of Company's mission, vision and values.
e. Effectively executing the plan agreed with scientific sales Manager and giving regular feedback regarding the same.
f. Conducting CMEs and group meetings as agreed.
g. Focusing on updating one's knowledge and skill.
h. Achievement of Sales as well as Activity Targets
i. Develop KOLs on basis of business and clinical interests
