Consultant SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and Analytics

Job Location:  Delhi
Job Description:  SkillSet: ms office, hr reporting, survey design, sample design, project design.

In this role, the Consultant will work with Country Admins to execute and build the LMS reporting, SuccessFactors Reporting catalog (Online Report Designer (ORD), Plateau Report Designer (PRD), Canvas, Workforce Analytics etc) and Qualtrics Surveys. Consultant will be the subject matter expert in People Analytics and Qualtrics Surveys.

Roles Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and management reporting and people metrics using available tools within SAP SuccessFactors for analysis and distribution to various LMS/PMGM Country admins and HR.
  • Work with LMS/PMGM Country admin/HR team to design reports and dashboards based on requirements from users.
  • Analyze data to interpret trends or patterns to help formulate recommendations and options for business leaders.
  • Initiate new and seek opportunities to continuously improve existing reporting processes for greater efficiencies across all geographies and business units.
  • Build key HR performance indicators/metrics.
  • Be a key contributor to projects and initiatives involving HR reporting and data needs.
  • Provide training and consultation to country admins on Qualtrics to fulfill operational needs.
  • Quickly become an expert on the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related solutions
  • Serve as main point of contact for clients during implementation and manage the project to completion
  • Design and document functional and technical requirements and help scope projects by understanding timelines and work
  • Solve complex technical glitches both independently and in a team environment
  • Train and teach clients on specific and new aspects of the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related solutions
  • Work with Qualtrics Engineering teams to solve problems
  • Continually adapt and develop in-depth product knowledge and learn new technologies

Job Requirements

  • Experience in building reports/dashboards in SuccessFactors LMS, PMGM, SAP People Analytics, Qualtrics etc
  • Experience with SuccessFactors reporting tools (Advanced Reporting, ORD, Ad Hoc)
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, specifically Excel
  • Experience with database design and concepts and familiarity with SQL
  • Working knowledge of survey platforms, specifically Qualtrics
  • Knowledge of quantitative research methodologies including survey design, sample design, monitoring surveys in the field, data management, analysis and storytelling
  • Knowledge of usability testing aimed at improving online user interfaces
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting aggressive deadlines.
  • Comfort with qualitative research methodologies including project design, execution and analysis and reporting
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience applying these skills within complex programs to address business and reporting requirements
  • Solutions-oriented; ability to analyze and identify areas for improvement
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively interact with various levels in the organization, including senior management and executives along with cross-geographic personnel
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, results-oriented environment, and be flexible and adaptable to changing situations
  • Familiarity with one or more modules within SuccessFactors a plus

Experience Technical Knowledge

  • 6 to 8 years of working experience in the Information Technology with extensive SAP SuccessFactors, Qualtrics reporting Background
  • Comfortable in LMS reporting, SuccessFactors Reporting catalog (Online Report Designer (ORD), Plateau Report Designer (PRD), Canvas, Workforce Analytics etc) and Qualtrics Surveys etc
  • Familiarity with various SuccessFactors Modules like LMS, Performance Goals, Succession Planning, Employee Central RCM etc
  • Good understanding of all aspects of the Human Resources business process and translation of business requirements into SAP solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with various business stakeholders in an ambiguous landscape
  • Flexible to the work in shifts as per the requirement.
  • Able to communicate and present in front of the leadership.
