Profile - Production Support in C
Skill criteria:
Required skills can be C, Linux OR C, Unix. The candidate should have practical experience in C, Linux/Unix working on projects.
Some of the candidates mention C/C++ in resume so we can search on this as well but C++ is NOT the required skill but rather C.
Shell is desirable so lets NOT make it a mandatory criteria. Similarly, Perl is not mandatory.
It is immaterial if the candidate has prior development or production support experience. The resource should be ready for production support in shifts.
Few things worth mentioning to the candidates:
We have rotational shifts so the night shift is there around 4-5 days/month.
Shift allowances are provided as per company policy, laptops for everyone in the project to operate remotely and mobile bills are reimbursed.
