Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:
To sell Gold, Diamond, Platinum and Silver.
Responsible for the Sales Counter.
Responsible to check stocks / items received from Store Room tallies with the previous day's closing stock.
Display all items in the counter correctly as per the approved format. Make sure that all trays are filled and are without any empty slots.
To keep ready and to maintain the sales kit always.
To check the quality and quantity of the products.
To handle the customers independently and to clear their doubts.
To take care of the customers by providing cool drinks, tea, coffee.
To handle customers reservation / modification / cancellation / exchange / home delivery, etc.,
To prepare the estimates, inform the correct value of the purchase to the customers, enter in the counting slip and then hand it over to the cash counter personally.
To make feel the Customer to visit again the Khazana.

Required Candidate profile

We are looking for a young and energetic candidate who can communicate with customers and identify their need and to provide a good shopping experience for them. This will be a good opportunity for you to learn and develop your skills. Freshers are also welcomed.

Training under all aspects will be provided by us.
