Customer Delight Champion
As a Customer Delight Champion, you will
Identify trendsetter ideas by researching the children s engagement industry and related events
Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Engage with the customers and understand their needs, and suggest best options by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials.
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Ensure that the customer is delighted about using KidEngage, and recommend it to others.
Who can apply:
Any graduate or post- graduate with minimum 1.5 year work experience willing to work in Hyderabad
