Education: 2 - 3 years of experience, CA/MBA Finance
Role Description:
Coordination with finance shared services for finance specific operations.
Creation, tracking and analysis of monthly annual PLs
Revenue and PL forecasting
Variance analysis of revenue and cost - against the annual plan
Identifying and driving cost control initiatives - channel cost and fixed cost optimization
Work closely with cross functional teams and support timely fulfilment of demand
Prepare yearly/ quarterly budget and drive the process of forecasting
Prepare Short term and long-term Business plan
Business Partnering on commercial proposals on key accounts, delicately balancing price / volume / profitability.
Driving fact-based decisions through defining the right measures, establishing, and maintaining a financial incentive framework and performance scorecard
Perform analytics on internal and external business data for valuable business insights
Ensure Financial Hygiene by implementing required controls for Asset protection and Loss Mitigation
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in accounting and finance principles
Strong written and oral communication skills
High degree of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with ERP system Business Analytical tool.
Ability to work well in high pressure situations to meet deadlines
