Sales and BD Manager Ingredients

Job Location:  Other Haryana
Job Description:  SkillSet: art, delivery, " business strategy", " client development", " client servicing".
Key Responsibilities:
This techno-commercial role can be based in Gurgaon or Hyderabad(Preferably Gurgaon) depending on the current location of applicant , will be responsible to drive strategy action plan to expand Lonzas nutrition portfolio products (DFS) ingredients with support from relevant stakeholders will be reporting to Commercial Director for India.
To deliver on Budgeted Sales number built future pipeline for ingredients DFS for the region along with Receivables.
To build brand Value at Customer end by developing relation with Customers and building delighted Customers for Organization .To help in bridging the knowledge gap for DFS formulations between customers cross-functional teams (both local global).
Focus on becoming knowledge partner for customers by providing deeper understanding of nutrition ingredients , final formulations , dietary supplements .

The role will be responsible for Sales and future developments for India for Nutrition Ingredients DFS segment.
Strategy to identify explore new customers/ territory in the region retain existing customers.
Negotiating prices and quantities for our products services and assuring that agreements are respected
Participating in product development cycles and the enlargement of marketing related product information by giving the customer concrete and specific information
Following the evolution of the national and local markets; implementing, in close collaboration with the Key Accounts Sales Manager, commercial strategies and appropriate actions towards the customers
Key Requirements:
Graduate degree + Master Degree in sales and marketing / Food science with minimum 13 years of relevant experience in Pharma Industry.
Skills :
Substantial experience in handling sales business development of Nutraceutical products to handle key FMCG / OTC/ Pharma Cos.

Deeper understanding of formulation business in Nutrition Supplement market of India to act as knowledge partner .
Should be numbers driven, techno-commercial ,sales oriented with relevant experience in handling Pan India.
Excellent knowledge of the Indias Nutrition market in general, ability to learn and understand market trends; position the products and services offered by the company, ability to offer personalized solutions and answers ; sense of creativity /innovation/ pragmatism, leadership and business.
Effective root cause analysis problem solving skills
Strong understanding of Excel , Power BI , SFDC SAP
The situations encountered require the ability to analyse and judge in order to offer the best solution and detect any sales opportunities.
Ability to independently and effectively coordinate, manage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Sensitive to compliance issues, upholds appreciates compliant culture
Fluency in both spoken and written English
Willingness to travel.
