Reporting Specialist is one of the SMEs for Workday Reporting in all Workday areas. Participate in projects and support the day to day support including Incident and service requests- using case tool system (such as Service Now).

Show More Key responsibilities

- Workday configuration
- Deliver excellent support with customer in focus
- Resolve Incident/Service request according to Service catalogue
- Proactively monitoring case management tool
- Categorize and assign the tickets in appropriate category group
- Perform unit and release test
- Case escalation handling
- Ability to identify high priority cases and provided needed attention accordingly
- Performing other tasks defined by manager
- Keeping up to date with current trends in IT

Show More We are looking for

-Bachelor s Degree or equivalent training, learning and/or educational experience
- Proven experience in HCM systems with a demonstrated understanding of key HR processes.
- Documented experience of Workday.
- Minimum 2 years of Workday experience in Reporting
- Previous experience working in HR or an HRIS Service Centre or another customer-oriented environment
- Case management tool experience
Technical Skills :-
- Knowledge in Workday HCM and reporting
- Knowledge in any additional Workday area
- Knowledge in BIRT
- Experience in developing training materials and guides
- Workflow system experience
- Case management tool
- Strong computer skills and programming skills.
- Resolve technical support requests
Business Skills :-
- Excellent communications skills
- Collaboration skills
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service, and work with multiple levels of the organization from senior management to external contractors
- Ability to multi-task at a high level
Demonstrated ability to thrive within a multi-national organization, a multi-cultural environment and with remote teams.
