Magna Electro Castings Limited is a TS 16949/ISO 14001 certified Company, manufacturing chimerical Ductile Iron castings with high value addition and exporting over 60% of its Production volumes with plans to expand. The company is specialized in handling high variety of parts with low to medium volumes, to Customers who are market leaders in their respective fields.

Manager/ Senior Manager - Machine Shop Production

Should be a team leader and self driven to achieve the Organisation’s goals and capable of handling team of Managers, Engineers and Operators and work closely with other Support functions.
Should have hands on experience in Machining process including programming, selection of tools and fixturing.
Knowledge on 5 axis machining will be an added advantage.
Should have hands on experience in continuous improvement, OEE, TPM, SMED concepts, Quality systems, 5S and safety practices.
Should have working knowledge about SOP, Control plans, FMEA, SPC, 7 QC tools and should be able to adopt problem solving techniques in machining areas.
Should be well versant with PPAP and APQP requirements.
Knowledge on Inspection techniques and able to guide the team in self certifying the products.
Job location will be in the Plant.
Outstation candidates willing to relocate along with family can also apply.

Qualification: BE (Mech)

Experience: Around 15 to 20 years of experience in Machineshop Production/ Operations

Location: Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu, India)

Salary: Salary will not be a constraint for the suitable candidate and will be commensurate to experience and knowledge.
