SkillSet: " account management", " gap analysis", " client servicing", sales, " client relationship". Experience, Education and Skills 3 8 Years of relevant experience. Graduate with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience. Post Graduation / B. Tech. / MCA / MBA with good experience on Client Servicing will be preferred. Primarily responsible for Client Servicing, Accounts Management & Growth, Client Relationship, Project Management, Operational Revenue Generation. The responsibilities would include managing end to end Client Relationships and Competitive Account Management; identifying GAPs, if any and doing GAP Analysis; consistent refinement of serving delivery by keeping the delivery team abreast with client expectations and demands; prepare reports and documents associated with Client Servicing and Account Management; and doing regular assessments on service delivery.
