Our client is a European company in manufacturing of electrical resistance materials and thermoelectric materials for temperature measurement as well as of passive components for the automotive , electrical and electronics industries. Designation Profile: Sales Engineer Job ref: JC#218 Location: Bangalore Industry: Electronics Job Description: - Interaction with the customers to identify their current and future business needs to understand their technical requirements for the new product design and development. Undertaking Marketing Business Development activities for building the Companys brand growing the market share in the assigned region by identifying and creating new business and increasing the customer base. Preparing proposals and quotations as per the requirement of client and company policies. Participation in the technical discussion with the client giving them company presentation as well as educating them on the characteristics applications of Companys products their advantages. Working closely with end - users / machine shops to create demand and to identify opportunities for value selling. Meeting OEMs design and engineering team to spec in Companys product against competition and generate enquiries Customer payment follow - up and resolving their issues. Maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat / referral business. Take active participation in the sales meetings and would be responsible for the technical presentations in those meetings. Desired Profile: - Qualifications : Engineering Degree in Electronics Experience : 3 - 5 years Language : Hindi , English , Kannada Other skills : Ability to communicate , present and influence all levels of the organization , including executive and C - level Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services Proven ability to position products against competitors Proven work experience as a territory / sales representative Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Excellent selling , communication and negotiation skills Prioritizing , time management and organizational skills Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs Relationship management skills and openness to feedback How to Apply Submit your CV directly from this advert by clicking on the Apply button.
