Roles and Responsibilities

Manage configuration requests and enhancements, Administrator for Oracle Service Cloud

Product Customization by creating .Net based Agent Desktop Add-Ins, writing PHP scripts using RightNow Connect Services, creating import script to load data and perform rule based logic

Configure Workspaces, Rules, Create new Workspaces for different teams, Changes to existing workflows

Build custom API s or enhance existing API and perform real time integration of OSVC with other applications

Expertise in Product Configuration and Business Process Implementation

Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders

Professional Qualifications / Personal Competencies

5+ years of application ownership / development / maintenance experience in Oracle Service Cloud

Hands on Experience with Oracle Service Cloud, covering the CRM, Oracle Knowledge (Advanced) and portal functionalities

Experience in Oracle Service Cloud in implementing customer experience solutions

Ability to design architecture for Complex Business Processes, Evaluate Implementation Feasibility and Risks

Experience of managing Complex Workflows

System Administration & Implementation experience Oracle Service Cloud based solutions

Strong Techno-Functional knowledge of Oracle Service Cloud
