Front Desk

To attend incoming call, transfer call

To attend Guest, co-ordinate meeting with Users

Administration

Courier - INWARD / OUTWARD - Keep record / monthly billing

Stationery - to collect requirement / ordering / issue - monthly billing

Housekeeping - supervise / monitor / monthly billing

Event - planning scheduling / billing

Breakfast - planning scheduling / billing

Office Assistant - supervise / monitor

Godown Visit - two days in a week

Travel Management

To book tickets - railway / air / hotel / car

Visa formalities

Selection Recruitment

To attend Candidate and complete interview process - issue Form / Panel Interview / Panel comments

To complete documentation / issue offer letter / arrange a laptop / seating arrangement

To complete joining formalities - joining letter / Emp. code No. / add name in Timesheet, / introduction to Dept. Heads

To prepare appointment letter / confirmation letter / increment letter / experience certificate

Exit Formalities - NOC / Exit Interview / Tool Clearance

Attendance - to match - Punching Attendance / Spine attendance / maintain monthly attendance sheet

Any other work which will be added in Front Desk / Admn. Executive profile from time to time.
