Qualification : BSc. MSc.

Experience : Minimum 10 years in chemical industry

Develop and design of new products development assigned

Supervise the implementation of research projects on commercial scale

Ensure that all tests and experiments are conducted in accordance with the test protocols and company procedures and EHS policies

Ensure experiment data is properly recorded and observations are accurately recorded, verified, and reported

Develop new products with optimum utilization of resources while reducing costtime and suggest the same for current product lines

Develop products which matches the samples and specs given by the client using approved testing methods and international standards

Manage R D instruments and conduct preventive maintenance

Effectively communicate and assist internal stakeholders from all plants regions

Help in the technical marketing of products and conduct performance test at client location, when needed

Intimate R D head for material requirements in LAB
