Job Description:

Team Lead - Kitting Supply Chain, Medline India is responsible to provide World Class Customer Service to Medline's Customers and Sales Representatives across USA. Role involves not only leading the Business & Master Data management team but also acting as individual contributor responsible for all CSR activities. This individual must have a desire to work for a fast-paced, large corporate organization. In addition to exceptional organizational and follow-up skills, you must have a “Can do” attitude.
Skills / Experience:
Required: Excellent communication skills with ability to liaison with India team and US counterparts.
Candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience of leading team of 8 to 10 members.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Access, VBA coding is a must.
Previous experience of working in Sales support, Supply Chain operations, Data management is must.
Should be highly driven and self-motivated individual.
Previous experience of working in Healthcare, Medical devices, and Pharma is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or post graduated preferred & Knowledge of SAP and AS400 system is plus.
Ability to gather data, perform analysis, process improvement with strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
Interpersonal skills - collaborate with diverse multicultural teams.
Some of the responsibilities are:
Job Specific:
Serving as the first-level of management, accountable for the performance and outcomes of the team. Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities; delivering performance management processes; building and maintaining employee morale and motivation; ensuring the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies.
Creating tools using VBA/MS Access as a part of process automation for smooth business functioning and eliminating manual redundant steps.
Work on Ad-hoc projects like automation or tool creation as per various departmental needs. Identify areas for process improvement with the team with the domestic and overseas support groups. Enhance productivity metrics that are currently used to assess the different teams. Drive Master Data Management and Sales Operations function and answer report to US stakeholders
Organizational level:
Facilitate the identification of key performance indicators crucial to the team’s success and helps/assist manager to measure it during performance evaluation process.
Facilitate enhancement of productivity metrics (as and when required) used to assess the employee performances.
Assist in identifying training and development needs for team members.
Lead direct reports and act as the point of contact for communication from Medline India with all relevant stakeholders.
Ensure adherence of Medline core values within team members. Demonstrate readiness to consistently follow and drive team members on compliance, standards and processes.
Drive & lead team members to integrate new approaches, framework and best practices.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree or post graduated preferred & Knowledge of SAP and AS400 system is plus.
