Senior Customer Service Executive

Job Description:  SkillSet: "banking operations", sales, "human resources", cash, "personal banker".

1.Ensure quality customer service is delivered

2.Recording complaints as per the specified process

3.Resolving all complaints received (self, online, other units) within the stipulated TATs

4.Ensure appropriate customer communication on closures copy of that to be filed.

5.Preventive complaint management

6.Asking for feedback from customers, who may not be complaining

7.Promoting all direct channels and ensuring that the customer is utilizing the same

8.Check back on recent customers registered to any channel and give any specific help required

Requirements : Proven experience of 1-5 years in the past Great excel skills Banking/ Finance background Curious, humble and hardworking Good communication and interpersonal relationship Capable to do multi-tasking and to lead the team towards achievement of desired performance.

Equipment Knowledge: Telephone, PC/Computer keyboard, Printer, Calculator, Fax machine, Copy machine
