Job Description

Customer service is an extremely important part of maintaining ongoing client relationships that are key to continuing revenue as a customer support you have to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to the customers and communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.

1.Quality customer service

2.Recording complaints

3.Resolving all complaints received (self, online, other units)

4.Asking for feedback from customers

5.Promoting all direct channels and ensuring that the customer is utilizing the same

Requirements: Experience 1-5 years in the past Banking/ Finance background Curious, humble and hardworking Good communication and interpersonal skills Capable to do multi-tasking

Equipment Knowledge: Telephone, PC/Computer keyboard, Printer, Calculator, Fax machine, Copy machine

Functional Area:  Back Office Operations,Finance / Accounts / Tax
Experience:  2 - 7 years
Qualification: 
Salary:  3.5 Lakh to 8 Lakh INR
