The focus of this fast-growing center spans Market Research, Research in areas of Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning, Product Management, Product Development, Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Customer Success and Enterprise Business Solutions.

As a Software Engineer-II you will be working on various projects and services that power core e-commerce engines at Monotype. You will be writing good quality code, review code, design scalable and optimised solutions and drive critical projects to success.

What we re looking for:

• 3-5 years of development experience developing complex, scalable web-based applications.
• Experience in Ecommerce/Digital Commerce domain with high volume transactions.
• Min 2 years of extensive LAMP stack hands-on development experience.
• Min 1 year of Frontend experience with any framework like VueJS/ReactJS/AngularJS/BackboneJS.
• Any hands-on experience with another technology stack like MuleSoft, MEAN or Python etc. will be valued.
• Experience with web services, REST API.
• Hands-on in designing and defining database schema using RDBMS or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with GIT, bitbucket, or GitHub and the Features branching workflow.
• Experience in working in Agile development environment.
• Experienced in test driven development, continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Experience with Microservices will be a plus.
• Experience with Amazon AWS services (S3, EC2 etc.) will be a plus.
• Awesome Written and Oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a global and distributed environment with agility to hold communication with different audiences.
