Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Qualification: A college graduate, university degree/Bachelors Degree preferred.

Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of work experience

Essential Attributes:

  • Candidates Airline/Travel industry will be preferred
  • Must have handled a Social media customer service in past
  • Should have used ORM tools before
  • Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Must be good in MS office tools
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented and able to multi-task
  • Ability to work with very minimal guidance or supervision and strong time

management skill

  • Must be an assertive team player with high energy to work in a fast-paced

environment

  • Must be able to work on shifts including weekends, evenings, night shifts, and

public holidays as scheduled.

Desired Attributes:

  • Can-do attitude, passionate and high level of energy.
