Job Description:
SkillSet: data collection, data representation, wfm, word, excel.
Create templates for data collection and reporting.
Reports Automation.
Interpretation of raw data, analyzing results using statistical techniques and provide real time reports.
Understanding of forecast and capacity plan.
Providing variance between forecast and actuals.
Understanding of terms such as shrinkage, attrition and leakage and should also be clear with calculation of all the terms.
Understanding of PL and financial analytics.
Skills
MS Office Excel, Word, Access, Macros.
Good communication skills.
Analytical blend of mind.
Must be capable of working with all levels of the organization in capturing, managing and communicating metrics.
Should be good in preparation of PPT and data representation skills.
Experience
Overall, 5 + years of experience in WFM and MIS.
BPO background would be an added advantage.
