We are currently seeking a Systems Administration Senior Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

• Conducts system analysis, configuration management and develops improvements for issues related to system software performance, availability and reliability
• Performs incident resolution, problem determination and root cause analysis in accordance with Service Level Agreements
• Designs, develops, recommends and implements new or revised system software, utilities and automated processes as necessary
• Provides in-depth diagnosis for operating systems software/hardware failures and develops solutions
• Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure technical solutions are compatible with the Company's business needs and strategic objectives.
• Provide technical expertise, guidance and strategic recommendations to Windows and ESXi Servers
• Detect security issues, create customer tickets and manage problems until closure
• Perform system maintenance and maintain current documentation
• Any other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility of this post and as advised by Management
  
  • Displays good verbal and written language skills in both German and English
  • Experience working with international multilingual teams
  • Demonstrates the NTT Data Services Values of Clients First, Foresight and Teamwork in everything they do
  • Windows systems installation, maintenance and troubleshooting, including Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2016, as well as VMware ESX 5.5, 6 and 6.5
  • Experience migrating large infrastructures from physical to virtual environments
  • Solid Knowledge in VMware vSphere, VMotion, HA, DRS
  • Advance knowledge of Systems Hardware.
  • Advance knowledge of Enterprise Level Systems infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Datacenter Operations, network technologies and industry standards and audit requirements.
  • Nice to have: Knowledge in SCOM or SCCM, Symantec Antivirus, HyperV or Citrix
  • 4 years and Above in System administration experience in Windows Server operations implementations
  • Candidate needs to be available 24*7 shifts and also weekends on rotational basis.
