Job Description:

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site/field role for a Business Development Executive located in COCHIN, THRISSUR, PALAKKAD, MALAPPURAM WYNAD, KANNUR, CALICUT, KASARGODE. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and developing effective communication strategies. The Business Development Executive will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to drive growth.

Candidate Requirement
Qualifications:
-New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
-Excellent Business acumen and understanding
-Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
-Smart and welcoming presentation skills.
-Natural ability to develop relationships with business clients and customers.
-Passion to trace down and convert leads into successful opportunities.
-Prior track record of dealing with dealers, architects, and engineers in the field.
-Freshers/Experienced both can apply.
-Only Male candidates can apply for this role and Age limit 20-35 years (Mandatory)
Workflows:
-Presentation and discussion of NORISYS products with architects, engineers, builders, interior designers, and prospective customers.
-Following up on opportunities and ensuring successful closure.
-Ensuring that dealers achieve their monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
-Keeping track of payments as per schedule.
