Roles and Responsibilities
Customer service attitude
Communication and team management abilities
Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
Supervise efficient working of departments.
Monitor and manage guest complaints, ensure satisfaction and administer efficient
follow up for same to receive feedback.
Manage workload and ensure effective working of spa, salon and sports activities
maintain excellent standards to meet operational expectations.
Coordinate with General Manager for everyday operation and maintain financial and
administrative records.
Maintain personal records, schedules and reports.
Assist employee teams to provide excellent customer service.
Maintains records of staff periodic manner and operating costs.
Is capable of handling irate customers with a friendly/calm attitude.
Seeks, listens and responds to Guest feedback.
Prepare reports, trackers
Creating marketing and promotions campaigns.
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Total Work Experience Required- 10-15 Years (Specifically into 5+ star hotels chains)
Qualification- Graduate/Diploma (Any Stream)
MUST be aware and knowledgeable of sports activities like Billiards, Table Tennis,
Squash, Basket-ball, Golf.
MUST have experience in Managing Gymnasium and Swimming Pool areas.
