Customer Relationship Manager for Delhi
-Achievement of Business Target as allocated to the Sales person
-Ensuring engagement with the Dealers / Sales Officers (SO) of branches allocated to him ( between 1-3 branches in area depending on dealers / SOs in branch)
-Regular Visit to Dealer in Branch and SO/ASM in Branch in allocated branches
-Update of engagement tracker, LMS etc and closure thru EAPP / Offline as required
-Ensuring adequate leads from Dealers and SO in funnel to achieve daily/weekly/monthly target
-Meeting the prospects and conversions of the same within defined timeframe
-Relationship building, training of teams, basic Financial understanding
-Ability to understand and use the automated Apps and other modules for efficient processing of cases
-Confidence of objection handling, level-headed and assertive personality fluency in conversation
-Ability to understand Insurance / financial products for conversational purposes and masterthe products for execution v/s competition
