• Experience in Kony Platform
• Developing new applications using mobility platforms.
• Work with business users to understand project requirements.
• Provide support to end users using a consultative approach .
• Troubleshoot application and data issues reported by end-users.
• Independently manage all aspects related to design, development and support of mobile applications
• Work with web services (SOAP,REST, JSON, XML)
• Highly motivated with ability to work independently as well as be a strong team player
• Ability to think critically about problems, is able to identify impacts that may not readily be known and choose the right course of action.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

• Must be able to speak and write English with advanced proficiencies and experience speaking with international customers is a plus.
• Fast learner; able to learn new software solutions, business processes, and design techniques quickly and efficiently, critical thinking skills
